Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4407 with a date of muster being October 20, 1992 and a constituted body, a Florida corporation, chartered by Congress for fraternal, patriotic, historical and educational purposes, consistent with the bylaws and procedures of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States of America.
Our first staff of Officers were:

Charter Members of the Post consisted of Veterans of WW II, Korea, Berlin Airlift, Vietnam and Desert Storm.
The installation Ceremony and Installation of Officers of Gulf Breeze Post 4407 was held on October 20th at the Pensacola VFW Post 706. The District 1 Cmdr. James Sharbach and Members of VFW Post 706 presided over the Installations and Induction of Officers. The first formal meeting of VFW Post 4407 was held on November 3, 1992 at 19:00 hours and was encouraging fellow Veterans of Foreign Wars to come, join and participate in the endeavors of this newly formed VFW Post.
The name of VFW Post 4407 is called “Bruce J. Bell Memorial”. How it became to be called this was our original Staff of Officers agreed that the first VFW Post 4407 Commander who “passed on” would be honored by naming the Post after them, hence “Bruce J. Bell Memorial”.
